We are currently seekinga Boutique Manager / Sales Manager for a prestigious chain ofluxury lifestyle stores that offer an exclusive boutique experiencedeeply rooted in Indian tradition and culture. As Boutique Manageryour role will encompass various responsibilities outlined in thejob descriptionbelow.
JobResponsibilities
- Drivesales to meet targets and provide sales analysis for managementfeedback.
- Support budgeting fixed assetmanagement cost control and accountingtasks.
- Analyze merchandise USPs conduct producttests and perform benchmarking for quality and cost inCity/Area.
- Responsible for inventory managementincluding stock movement control internal transfers anddocumentation for highvalue items ensuring accurateaccountability.
- Collaborate with Merchandisingfor stock replenishments and manage product feedbackeffectively.
- Maintain store upkeep throughregular housekeeping and strict adherence to opening and closingprotocols.
- Manage customer service feedbackcomplaints and aftersales followup including handling customerapproaches like discounts and returns.
- Boostconversion through addon sales crossselling and upsellingstrategies.
- Create visually appealingmerchandise displays using colorcoordination techniques ensuringaesthetic presentation and conducting regularreviews.
- Manage Retail Software proficient inMicrosoft Office oversee MIS.
- Manage stockmovement onhand stock andlosses/damages
JobRequirements
- Femalecandidates preferred.
- Minimum 78 years ofexperience at midlevel in the Retail or equivalentsector.
- Graduation or equivalentdegree/course.
- Willingness to work in shiftsincluding 10 AM 7 PM and 11 AM 8 PM as per duty roster. (Associateswould be working in both shifts)
- Age between 25to 30 years old.
- Advance communicationskills
