And as you help us create a better world, we will help you build your own intellectual firepower.Welcome to the relentless pursuit of better.Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - IT Azure EngineerThe IT Azure Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.This role plays a critical part in our cloud transformation and digital innovation initiatives.Responsibilities:Azure Solution Design: Design and architect cloud solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform, considering scalability, security, and best practices.Azure Infrastructure Deployment: Implement and manage Azure virtual machines, storage accounts, virtual networks, and other Azure services as needed.Azure DevOps: Implement DevOps practices for Azure, including infrastructure as code (IaC), continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD).Azure Security: Configure security measures, including identity and access management, encryption, and network security groups, to protect Azure resources.Azure Resource Monitoring: Implement Azure monitoring and management solutions to ensure high availability and optimal performance.Azure Backup and Recovery: Develop and manage Azure backup and disaster recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and business continuity.Azure Cost Management: Monitor and optimize Azure resource costs, ensuring cost-effective resource utilization.Azure Compliance: Ensure Azure solutions comply with relevant standards, regulations, and internal policies.Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation related to Azure solution design, configuration, and procedures.Vendor and Service Provider Management: Collaborate with Microsoft Azure and third-party vendors and service providers to ensure effective delivery of Azure services.Qualifications we seek in youMinimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.• Proven experience as an IT Azure Engineer with hands-on experience in designing and managing cloud solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform.• Azure certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or equivalent, are preferred.• Strong knowledge of Azure services, architecture, and best practices.• Proficiency in Azure DevOps and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools.• Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Knowledge of cloud security and compliance.• Experience with other cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus.
