Lead Consultant, High RadiusSeeking a talented, motivated individual who can excel in high growth environment.

The Implementation Manager role is a high impact position that will play a significant role in the continued growth and development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and review Test plan, milestones and delivery.
  • Preparation of weekly and Monthly reports
  • Team handling and issue resolution
  • Proficient knowledge in Agile-SCRUM Methodology.
  • Strong knowledge on Software Development life cycle and Software Testing life cycle.
  • Knowledge in testing of Web based and Client/Server applications on Different environment.
  • Identifying & Preparing Test plans, Test Scenarios and preparing Test cases for Functional, Non- Functional Testing and Regression suites.
  • Test Effort estimation.
  • Experience in Functional Testing, System Testing, Retesting, Smoke testing, Sanity Testing, and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Good Knowledge in Tracking, Reporting, and generating Defect reports.
  • Automating test cases.
  • Logical and Rational Thinking.
  • Should have Ability to use any of the Test Management and Defect tools.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

  • BE/B Tech/ MCA/BCA
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Relevant experience in F&A domainKnowledge to High Radius tool is an added advantageCustomer Interaction SkillsMust have strong domain and operations experience in OTC domainExcellent MS office skillsWorking knowledge of ERPs like Oracle, SAPExcellent verbal and written communication skills, appropriate for Executive level communication
