Role & responsibilities

  • Design and implement OD strategies, interventions, and frameworks to support organizational growth and transformation.
  • Lead change management initiatives, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Design and deliver leadership development, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Analyze organizational structures and recommend design improvements to increase effectiveness.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of the Performance Management System.
  • Develop performance appraisal frameworks, KPIs, competency models, and goal-setting mechanisms (e.g., SMART goals, OKRs).
  • Coordinate annual and mid-year performance review cycles, including system management, communication, and training.

Preferred candidate profile

  • An ideal candidate would be a Post Graduate with years of experience in HR more focusing on PMS & OD with reputed companies.
