The role involves end-to-end handling of documentation, application tracking, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of visa applications.Key Responsibilities:- Assist applicants in completing visa application forms and preparing required documentation.- Review and verify documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with embassy/consulate guidelines.- Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and applicants for smooth processing.- Track application status and provide timely updates to applicants and stakeholders.- Maintain accurate records of applications, submissions, and approvals.- Handle queries and resolve issues related to the visa application process.- Stay updated on immigration/visa guidelines, policies, and procedural changes.Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.- 1-2 year of experience in visa processing, immigration services, or travel documentation.- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.- Good communication skills (verbal & written).- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple applications simultaneously.- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
