We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales & Business Development Executive to lead our school outreach efforts for Genius Olympiads. The role involves promoting our Olympiad exams to schools across India, building long-term relationships with principals and academic coordinators, and driving registrations. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in selling educational products or services to schools. You should be comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and virtual/in-person school visits. The candidate will be responsible for providing support to the schools in future like account management services. A proven track record of meeting sales targets in the education sector is essential. Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills are required. This is a target-driven role with attractive incentives. Candidates with existing school networks will be preferred. This is a remote job with limited travel.
