Required Skills :


  • Min 13+yrs of experience in advertising/print media/publishing house
  • Technical proficiency in multiple design tools
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail
  • Effective planning and decision making skill
  • Ability to work on Mac based / Windows based workstations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
  • People Management


Job Description


  • Work closely with senior resources in developing POCs, alternate solutions/workflows to strengthen and extend the client relationship
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Operation Leads in building new opportunities, assist in review & scope, setting up of teams
  • Interact with the client contacts, comprehend client briefs, take design decisions and manage resources for effective execution of projects
  • Manage and maintain the overall design quality of the teams, work closely with key individuals on critical projects across marketing collateral designs, presentations, illustrations
  • Facilitate collaboration between multiple teams with different skill sets in an effort to achieve a superior output for the client
  • Responsible for conceptualization, design and production of corporate collateral including brochures, newsletters, posters, Web sites, identity systems and promotional campaigns for print and Web
  • Synthesize information to develop creative, innovative design solutions for diverse, corporate client base
  • Work creatively within a Corporate Brand to maintain and enhance the Firm’s identity
  • Should tutor/mentor/train the designer (s) and also be responsible for the quality of work delivered by them
