Job Overview

As the Associate Creative Director UI/UX, you will play a pivotal role in leading and mentoring our UI and UX teams. You will be responsible for shaping the creative direction of our projects, ensuring seamless user experiences and visually compelling designs across digital platforms. This position combines strategic thinking, creative leadership, and hands-on expertise to deliver innovative solutions that meet client objectives and align with our company’s vision.


Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership:

  • Develop and articulate a strong creative vision for UI/UX across websites, web applications, and mobile applications.
  • Inspire, mentor, and manage the UI and UX teams, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Ensure consistency in design language, visual standards, and user experience principles across all projects.

Project Management:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and clients, to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Oversee the creative process, from initial concept to final execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables that exceed client expectations.
  • Provide strategic direction in project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.

UI/UX Strategy & Execution:

  • Lead the creation of intuitive and user-centric design solutions that balance business goals with user needs.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation.

Client Engagement:

  • Represent the creative team in client meetings, effectively communicating design concepts and strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and translate them into compelling digital experiences.


Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:

  • Any degree.
  • 12 - 18 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Technical Expertise:

  • Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of front-end development practices and responsive design principles.
  • Experience designing for various platforms, including web and mobile.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
