We are a venture-funded startup headquartered in San Francisco, with teams based in Mumbai, Pune, and Saudi Arabia. Our team brings together serial entrepreneurs and professionals from Google, Yahoo, Microsoft, and Pine Labs, with academic backgrounds from IIT, USC, and COEP, and over 20 years of Silicon Valley experience - including multiple venture-scale exits. Credibl is dedicated to empowering our customers on their decarbonization journey and facilitating sustainability reporting through advanced AI technology. We have 100+ large and medium enterprise customers across 7 countries, e.g. Flipkart, Zomato, Ajanta Pharma, Taj Hotels, JK Tyres and several publicly listed companies. We are seeking an exceptional product manager, to take ownership of the vision, development, launch, and ongoing enhancement of the Credibl ESG platform. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the founders to drive innovation and leverage AI technologies to build a transformative platform for sustainability space. Key Responsibilities: Work directly with the founders to define and articulate the product vision and strategy. Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligning with the company’s goal and priorities Conduct thorough market research and gather customer feedback to identify needs and pain points, using this data to drive product enhancements and guide new feature development. Develop detailed specifications for product features and enhancements. Prioritize feature development in coordination with leadership teams based on strategic importance. Collaborate closely with engineering, UI/UX and CS teams to address issues and ensure the delivery of high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. Work alongside founders, product marketing, sales, and customer success teams to plan, execute and launch new features and enhancements for the product line Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, and use date-driven insights to inform product decisions and improvement Create detailed artifacts and documentation for design, tech and functional teams - including user stories, journey maps, wireframes, mindmaps and detailed feature specs. Oversee the product development lifecycle from conception to launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards while keeping agility and velocity. Continuously identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement, leveraging AI to drive growth and enhance user satisfaction. Must have skillset Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management in B2 B Saa S companies. Work experience in venture funded / high growth startups as an early team member is a huge plus. Education: Bachelor's degree in technology (B. Tech) is preferred or any other bachelor’s degree from a top institute is a plus, MBA is also plus. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling products or someone who has tried his/her hand with entrepreneurship is a plus Strong willingness to learn and continuously expand domain knowledge. Passion for Sustainability or earlier experience in sustainability is also a plus Excellent verbal and written communication interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools such as Bolt/Vercel, Mix Panel/Figma/Adobe XD, Miro/Figjam, Jira/Asana/Click Up, Excel, Postgres, My SQL, Google Analytics Nice to have skillset Prior experience in ESG or Sustainability domain Background in building and scaling start-ups from inception, including experience as a founder or early-stage team member. Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs) and vibe-coding platforms to create early prototypes. Familiarity with Financed emissions, GHG accounting, materiality assessments, and respective reporting frameworks like GRI, BRSR, CSRD, ESRS, EUDR, IFRS, CDP is a plus Experience with Risk modeling like physical risks, transition risks and climate risks will be a huge plus Why Join us Be a pivotal part of a fast-growing company with a significant impact on product direction and success.
