Position Summary:

We are seeking a smart, motivated, and detail-oriented Founders Office Intern to support strategic planning, operations, and execution across the company. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the founders, gain exposure to high-impact projects, and contribute to decision-making at the highest level.

You'll work on real business challenges, helping the company drive growth, efficiency, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Founders in research, presentations, and project execution
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across product, marketing, operations, and tech
  • Support in tracking key KPIs, preparing performance dashboards, and business reports
  • Conduct competitive research, benchmarking, and market analysis
  • Analyze business data and generate insights
  • Participate in brainstorming, business reviews, and leadership meetings as needed
  • Handle follow-ups, minutes of meetings, and strategic communications
  • Ensure timely execution of action items and alignment across teams

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a masters degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • High proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboards, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis (not mandatory)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • High level of ownership, initiative, and a go-getter attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Desirable Skills:

  • Prior internship experience in consulting, startups, or business strategy roles
  • Familiarity with startup culture and digital businesses
  • Interest in consumer internet, marketplaces, or wellness industries
