Position Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Managing Director to lead our operations in the automotive sector. As the Managing Director, you will set the direction and ensure alignment with the company’s goals, focusing on profitability, operational efficiency, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve the company's vision, growth targets, and operational efficiency.
- Lead and oversee all business functions, including operations, finance, sales, and marketing, to ensure integrated and streamlined processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government entities, to support business development.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, business development, and leading large teams.
- Strong knowledge of automotive industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment and manage complex challenges.
