First and foremost, you need to own the project. Constantly think about how things can be made better and more efficient, how can we drive more value for our target audience, and what more can we do for the brand. You will be expected to provide insight and input into how content can be leveraged to break the clutter. Think beyond the scope of your daily work.

Analyze and convert research insights into a storyboard which can be converted into different content formats such as articles, blogs, white papers, research reports, etc.

Responsible for conceptualizing and developing high-quality company profiles, industry articles, and technical documentation, including user manuals, guides, reference materials, release notes, product videos, and online help content. and other forms of content for CITA EV campaigns by conducting thorough primary and secondary research and crafting easily understandable narratives.

Should have a deep understanding of the Electrical Vehicle and Charger (EV) ecosystem and assist CITA EV clients in tailoring content strategies and crafting compelling narratives that align with their goals.

Responsibilities include contributing to idea generation, story development, video scripting, blog writing, social media copies, and copywriting skills for ads.

Understanding the concept of native content is crucial; it should neither be a press release nor an advertorial but should maintain a neutral tone while effectively conveying the client's message through storytelling.

The role calls for creativity, generating innovative ideas, energy, dynamism, and a positive attitude. The person should excel in writing and editing, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and possess strong time management and collaboration skills.

Experience / Knowledge Required

2 to 3 years of professional creative experience within the automobile or EV Industry, focusing on B2B and B2C with a demonstrable passion for making creative content on a spectrum of media platforms.

Demonstrated experience in content writing, copywriting, or journalism, preferably in a digital or marketing environment.

Experience in creating content for B2B or B2C audiences and adapting writing style to target specific demographics.

Develop, write, and deliver persuasive copy for the website, email marketing campaigns, sales collateral, videos, and blogs.

Led day-to-day operations of the Content Marketing team, including staging and publishing articles, white papers, ebooks, and more. Ensure SEO best practices across the website, blog, and collaterals.

Well-versed with Google Docs, Google Sheets, WordPress, Analytics Tools, SEO Tools, and Keyword Research.

Should possess excellent time management skills with an ability to seamlessly work within deadline - individually and within teams.

Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.

Creative thinker who can generate innovative ideas and translate them into compelling content assets.

Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
