We are looking for enthusiastic Male Only Fresh Graduates to join our team as Business Development Trainees at our excavator dealership showrooms(Multinational Company) in Trivandrum & Kollam (2nos), Kasargode (1.) This is an exciting opportunity to start your career in sales and business development with a globally recognized brand in the construction equipment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sales and business development activities at the showroom
  • Build relationships with customers and support sales inquiries
  • Understand product features and benefits to effectively communicate with clients
  • Coordinate with the dealership team for smooth sales operations
  • Achieve assigned sales and customer engagement targets

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: Any Graduate (Freshers preferred)
  • Skills: Good communication skills, willingness to learn, and interest in sales & marketing
  • Location Preference: Candidates should be willing to work in Trivandrum(Kilimanoor/Kollam Boarder) & Kasargode

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Probation Period: 3 months
  • Salary: ₹25,000 per month (Consolidated pay of Rs 15000 during probation)
  • Opportunity for career growth and full-time employment after successful probation period of three months
  • Commission pay
  • TA & DA will provided
  • Sick Leave
