ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a results-driven Google Media Buyer to plan, execute, and optimize paid search and display campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display Network, Discovery, YouTube as required). The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of performance marketing, and proven experience in driving measurable business results through Google Search and GDN campaigns.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Strategy & Setup
Develop, implement, and manage paid search (Google Search Ads) and display (GDN) strategies to achieve business objectives.
Conduct keyword research, target audience, and competitor analysis to build effective campaigns.
Write compelling ad copies, select ad formats, and create display ad campaigns in line with brand guidelines.
Campaign Execution & Optimization
Set up and manage campaigns including ad groups, targeting, placements, bidding strategies, and budgets.
Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize for CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and overall campaign efficiency.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize performance.
Implement remarketing campaigns and audience segmentation strategies across Google Ads ecosystem.
Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs, measure success metrics, and generate detailed performance reports.
Analyze data and provide actionable insights for campaign improvement.
Stay updated with platform updates, policies, and best practices.
Collaboration & Coordination
Work with the creative team to brief and guide creatives (static & dynamic banners, video ads, etc.).
Collaborate with SEO, content, and digital marketing teams for integrated campaign success.
Coordinate with client/business stakeholders to align campaign objectives with overall marketing goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search & Display).
Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable ROI.
Excellent knowledge of keyword research, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and copywriting.
Familiarity with remarketing, conversion tracking, and attribution models.
Analytical mindset with strong Excel/reporting skills.
Google Ads Certification (Search & Display) is a plus.
