You will take full ownership of campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram — from strategy and execution to optimization and reporting.Key Responsibilities:- Plan, launch, and scale advanced Google Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.- Conduct deep audience segmentation, competitive analysis, and keyword research to craft high-ROI strategies.- Create, test, and iterate ad copy, creatives, and landing pages for maximum conversion.- Monitor daily performance and optimize bids, budgets, targeting, and creatives to consistently hit KPIs.- Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixel events, retargeting, and custom audiences.- Generate data-driven performance reports and present actionable insights to the leadership team.- Stay ahead of algorithm changes, platform updates, and emerging advertising technologies.Requirements- Demonstrable results in lead generation, e-commerce sales, or SaaS growth.- Deep understanding of ROAS, CPA, attribution modeling, and funnel optimization.- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and tracking integrations.- Strong analytical skills — you should be as comfortable reading dashboards as writing ad copy.- Ability to work independently, own results, and think strategically.- Excellent communication and reporting skills in English.
