Position: AI/ML and Predictive Analytics Expert – Pharma Commercial Analytics We are seeking an accomplished professional with expertise in predictive analytics and AI/ML who specializes in pharma commercial analytics. This role involves establishing and leading a capability center in India, working in close collaboration with onsite stakeholders to transition Advanced Analytics projects from the US to India. Execute advanced secondary data analytics projects to address diverse business challenges, including HCP and patient analysis, market dynamics, customer journey insights, and managed markets analytics. Act as a bridge between stakeholders, understanding business requirements, conducting relevant analyses, and delivering actionable insights. Required Skills and Experience: Experience : Minimum of 8 years in Pharma Commercial Analytics. Patient analytics leveraging claims and secondary market data. Brand performance analytics and reporting. Oncology, Rare Diseases, or Specialty Brands (experience in at least one required). Data Proficiency : Familiarity with data sources such as APLD, Specialty Pharmacy, Hub Services, and Formulary. Extensive experience with pharmaceutical datasets like IQVIA (x Ponent, Plan Trak, NPA, DDD, HCOS, Patient-Level data) or Symphony data. Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL (Python preferred). Prior experience with the Immunology market is preferred.
