From shaping bold ideas with product managers to polishing the micro-details with engineers, you'll help make Signeasy not just easy to use, but genuinely enjoyable.This is your stage if you care about craft, love solving tricky problems, and want your work to touch people at scale.Roles & Responsibilities:Lead design for core product areas, from concept to delivery.Translate complex workflows into intuitive, accessible, and delightful experiences.Collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape requirements and deliverables.Interact regularly with customers to learn from their needs, gather feedback, and bring their voice into the design process.Conduct design reviews, give/receive feedback, and raise the quality bar across the team.Contribute to and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability.Advocate for user-centric thinking in product decisions.Requirements:5+ years of product design experience in building Saa S or mobile-first products.Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work.Excellent communication skills to get the team on board with your vision.Bias for action focusing on measurable results — ship high-quality releases, take user feedback, apply learnings, refine the product, and repeat.Fluency in design tools (Figma, prototyping, etc.) and openness to adopting AI into the process.Ability to thrive in startups with a fast-paced environment and take ownership of working through ambiguity and uncertainty (willingness to explore the unknown).Nice to have:Strong visual design skillsCulturally active: music, movies, books, traveling, etc.Why work with Signeasy:Signeasy values Respect, Integrity, Growth, Honesty, and Trust.
