Job Description Job Title: Client Relationship & Penetration Executive Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) Location: Kolkata / Hyderabad Experience:  1–3 years Industry Preference: Staffing (IT Staffing preferred) About the Role We are seeking a Client Relationship & Penetration Executive with a strong background in the staffing/recruitment industry. The role focuses on managing client relationships, expanding business opportunities within existing accounts, and driving consistent revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Build, manage, and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Identify and drive new business opportunities within current accounts (client penetration). Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of quality talent. Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal stakeholders. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive account management. Meet and exceed revenue, account growth, and delivery targets. Requirements 1–3 years of proven experience in staffing/recruitment industry (IT staffing preferred). Strong expertise in client handling, account management, and business development . Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into business wins.
