Lead Game Designer

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Mobile Game Designer to join our growing team.
- You will be responsible for leading the design and development of engaging and successful mobile games, from concept to launch.
- You will provide creative vision, ensure high-quality design execution, and mentor junior designers.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the design of compelling mobile game mechanics, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) elements.
- Translate game concepts and features into detailed design documents, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Collaborate with programmers, artists, and other team members to ensure all game elements work cohesively.
- Conduct playtesting sessions and analyze data to iterate and improve game design.
- Balance gameplay mechanics for optimal engagement, challenge, and fun factor.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest mobile game design trends and technologies.
- Manage and mentor junior game designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
- Prepare design documentation for development teams, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Analyze player behavior and feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize monetization strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in mobile game design with a proven track record of successful game launches.
- 3+ years of experience leading and mentoring a game design team.
- Strong understanding of mobile game development principles and best practices.
- Expertise in game mechanics, level design, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) design.
- Proficiency in using game design software (e.g, Unity Editor, Unreal Engine Editor, Figma).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear and actionable design decisions.
- Passion for mobile gaming with a deep understanding of current trends and player expectations
