Job Title: Power BI Developer/Analyst

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer/Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills combined with a deep understanding of data visualization and business intelligence concepts. As a Power BI Developer/Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming complex data into visually appealing and easy-to-understand reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders from various departments to gather requirements, analyze data, and deliver insights that drive informed Develop interactive and visually stunning reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.

- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to understand data needs and reporting objectives.

- Design data models and develop queries to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources into Power BI.

- Perform data cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

- Create calculated measures, calculated columns, and complex DAX expressions to derive insights from data.

- Collaborate with business users to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for tracking business performance.

- Develop and maintain data visualization standards and best practices to ensure consistency and usability across reports and dashboards.

- Provide training and support to end-users on how to use Power BI reports and dashboards effectively.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and capabilities of Power BI and recommend innovative solutions to enhance reporting capabilities.

- Work closely with data engineers and IT teams to optimize data pipelines and ensure data integrity and security.

- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive data-driven decision-making across the Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Power BI Developer, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.

- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, including report development, data modeling, and DAX language.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Experience working with data from various sources such as SQL databases, Excel files, APIs, and web services.

- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

- Excellent data visualization skills with a focus on usability and user experience.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Certification in Microsoft Power BI is a plus.
