The role in a gist:


As FlexiLoans enters the next orbit of growth, we are looking for people with the passion and hunger to make a dent in the MSME ecosystem. In this role, you will be leading end-to-end collections for the lending business along with managing relationships with all key stakeholders for the Region. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely achievement of collections targets by formulating and executing collections strategy.


What you will work on:

● Work on Collection Strategy Design & Monitoring

● Create and Monitor MIS to ensure portfolio health.

● Lead collections Strategy team

● Areas of work - collections analytics, loss estimation, recovery models, strategy for improvement

● Designing Agency payout and employee incentive

● Vendor onboarding and engagement

● Design Predictive Models using Machine Learning/Statistical Techniques to identify Potential Defaulters/Recoveries

● Design Settlement/Write - off Recovery Models


Qualification and Experience:

● 8 - 10 years experience in the collections strategy department with Banks, NBFCs, or Fintech.

● Master's/Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field from a reputed institute.

● Should have experience in onboarding and managing multiple agencies
