Role: Operations & sales intern — Farmstay (Women candidates strongly encouraged)

Location: Coimbatore (on-ground with some field work) | Type: Full-time Internship (3–6 months, PPO intent)

What She'll Own

  • Sales & lead generation - Build/top-up a pipeline targeting elite/affluent families & premium use-cases: weekend getaways, private dinners, pre-wedding & maternity shoots, intimate celebrations, and offsites/retreats.
  • Source leads from: Instagram creators/photographers, wedding & event planners, luxury concierges, corporate HR/EA networks, premium clubs & schools' parent groups, referral programs, past guests, enquiries, and Google Maps leads near Coimbatore.
  • Run structured outreach (DM/email/WhatsApp/phone), manage a 5-stage CRM, schedule viewings, send quotes, and follow up to close.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities

  • Booking coordination end-to-end: holds, advance, confirmations, check-in/out scripts, guest profiles, add-ons (chef, bonfire, and decor).
  • Vendor & staff coordination: chef/menu locking, supplies & inventory, housekeeping schedules, transport.
  • Guest happiness: pre-arrival checklist, mid-stay pulse check, exit feedback & thank-you + referral nudge.
  • Regular book-keeping:
  • Daily sales/expense log, payment reconciliation (UPI, bank, payment links), invoice/receipts, petty cash, vendor bills, GRN.
  • Weekly P&L snapshot; monthly close by T+3 working days.
