Committed to advancing user experiences through the finest product quality, intuitive user interface and design aesthetics, MSI is a leading brand that shapes the future of technology.About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Operations & Administrative Manager to lead logistics, supply chain, outsourced manufacturing operations, and oversee administrative and HR functions in India. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational excellence, efficiency, and strong collaboration with both internal and external partners.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration & HR SupportManage and support administrative operations.Handle HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits management.Coordinate and supervise office facilities, equipment, and resource utilization.Logistics & Outsourced Manufacturing ManagementOversee and optimize logistics, distribution, inventory, and supply chain processes.Manage outsourced manufacturing operations, ensuring capacity, quality, timeliness, and cost efficiency.Maintain close communication with outsourcing partners to resolve operational issues and allocate resources.Monitor vendor performance against company standards and contractual obligations, driving continuous improvement.Develop and implement operational SOPs to enhance overall efficiency.Collaboration & Strategic PlanningWork closely with HQ strategy teams to support departmental planning and execution.Support process reengineering and improvements across business functions.Participate in annual budgeting, operational goal setting, and performance evaluation.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above; extensive relevant experience preferred.Prior experience in internal control, finance, logistics, supply chain, or outsourced factory management highly desirable.Knowledge of Indian market and regulations, with strong cross-cultural communication skills, is a plus.Strong problem-solving ability, independent thinking, and excellent communication and coordination skills.Why Join UsYou’ll be part of a dynamic and global team committed to operational excellence and continuous growth.
