Role Summary:
Anju is seeking an Associate Project Manager who will be responsible for administrative tasks, internal team coordination, and tracking key KPIs essential for successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to perform various project management-related tasks.
What you will be doing:
- Conduct project closeout activities, ensuring project time is entered and reviewed, and all necessary closure steps are completed in the relevant systems to properly close a project.
- Work with the project managers to work on items that need to be addressed per project/client.
- Project intake processing and set up in relevant systems such as project management systems.
- Assist with Product Translation package updates.
- Responsible for execution of any tasks transitioned by Project Management.
- Assist in Archive creation, quality checking, and delivery to customers.
- Ability to identify process improvements.
- Responsible for deletions of databases and coordination with customer to delete unused/needed database copies ensuring efficient use of our hosted environments.
What you should have:
- Must have solid understanding of project management.
- Must have strong communication skills along with the ability to clearly communicate with all levels within the organization.
- Good knowledgeable of software quality assurance
- Knowledge in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint and project planning applications (Liquid Planner, MS Project).
- Good knowledge on Microsoft Excel skills.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience required in Project management.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor or Technical Degree in related field of study.
