Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Microsoft Presales Specialist to join our team. In
this role, you will be responsible for understanding our clients' needs and presenting them with
tailored solutions utilizing Microsoft products and services. Your primary goal will be to drive
sales and revenue by providing expert advice and technical support during the presales
process.
Responsibilities:
●Conduct thorough needs analysis with clients to understand their business objectives
and technical requirements.
●Create and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that showcase the
value of Microsoft solutions.
●Collaborate closely with sales teams to develop customized proposals and pricing
models.
●Serve as a technical expert on Microsoft products and services, staying updated on the
latest features and enhancements.
●Address client concerns and objections through effective communication and
negotiation.
●Provide post-sales support by ensuring smooth handover to implementation teams.
Requirements:
●Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business
Administration, or a related field.
●3-4 years of experience in presales, technical sales, or consulting roles, preferably within
the IT industry.
●In-depth knowledge of Microsoft products such as Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, and
SharePoint.
●Strong understanding of cloud computing, enterprise software, and IT infrastructure.
●Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-
technical audiences.
●Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
●Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft
Certified: Dynamics 365) are a plus.
