HyperInt Tech is hiring for its flagship product - Word of Mouth (WOM) , an AI-powered trust engine for D2C and eCommerce brands.We help online brands build trust that converts — through authentic reviews, proof widgets, and experiences that drive more sales. Now, we’re looking for a Sales & Growth Executive who can take charge of outreach, lead generation, and conversions — across India and international markets. What You’ll Do Identify and connect with D2C founders & marketers Run organic outreach via LinkedIn, WhatsApp & email Pitch WOM and close clients independently Build and manage lead pipelines in CRM/Sheets Collaborate on growth campaigns and partnerships Who You Are 6 months – 4 years experience in Sales / BD / SaaS / D2C tech Strong communication and persuasion skills Experience with outbound prospecting & cold outreach Confident dealing directly with brand founders Self-motivated and goal-oriented — not a 9-to-5 mindset Compensation ₹20K – ₹30K/month (fixed) Additional High incentives (performance-based, no cap) Monthly & quarterly performance bonuses 100% Remote (Work from Home) Please fill this form to apply: Important This role requires real sales experience — not data entry or social media marketing.
