Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Scrum Master located in Chennai. The Scrum Master will facilitate sprint planning, manage and overcome impediments for the development team, and ensure effective communication and coordination across teams. Day-to-day tasks include guiding the team on Agile best practices, refining user stories, and coordinating with stakeholders to enhance team performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sprint Planning and guiding Agile ceremonies
  • Excellent Communication skills for team coordination and stakeholder interaction
  • Proficiency in creating and refining User Stories
  • Understanding of Software Development processes and methodologies
  • Relevant certifications like Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) is a plus
  • Ability to work onsite in Chennai
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
