Job Role Executive cum Technical Assistant, Training & Program Management

Key Responsibility Areas

  • Provide operational and technical support for the Training Vertical, ensuring continuity in day-to-day activities in GeM 1.0, while facilitating the transition to GeM 2.0.
  • Support in administration of GeM LMS and other government Knowledge Portals: Upload training data, onboard users, track progress/completion and resolve basic user issues etc.
  • Coordinate with Marketing on timely content creation, publication and measurement of effectiveness.
  • Coordinate Training Schedules: Publish training calendars, coordinate with MSPs for trainer deployment and manage related logistics.
  • Responsible for Content and Stakeholder management at various programs and events.
  • Manage Vendor/MSP & SPV team Coordination: Track deliverables, handle documentation and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Maintain Training Transition Trackers: Update records for re-platforming activities, dependencies and associated documentation.
  • Generate MIS and progress reports for training-related activities and provide insights to management.
  • Support in organizing training events, workshops and conferences.
  • Manage other office related tasks like calendar & meeting scheduling, maintain action point trackers, handle email communication etc.
  • Any other responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager from time to time.

Qualifications and Skill Sets

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with 2 years of experience in training / event coordination or program management or media related coordination.
  • Graduation (Mandatory). Post Graduation (Preferred).
  • Outstanding communication skills in English & Hindi, both written and verbal.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word; familiarity with Learning Management Systems, training / social media content development preferred.
  • Strong organizational, time management and calendar management skills.
  • Ability to work on complex assignments using independent judgment and initiative.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
