Job Description:
Independently manage the onboarding process of financing partners for co-lending and BC model. Finalization of model structure and pricing structure with Partner
Candidate to have an understanding of digital onboarding of financing partners till the disbursement process. Should have sound knowledge of BRE, Product construction, and technology integration for any partnership.
Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action and sharing monthly reports with relevant stakeholders.
Ability to translate business requirements into technology and vice versa
Skills:
Understanding systems and procedures of the company and being a go-getter and also co-ordinated directly department of Tech, Product & accounts Departments if required
Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and RBI regulations.
Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.
Good leadership qualities who guide the team and have smooth inter-departmental coordination.
The position requires complete command over the internal controls of the business as well as good analytical skills to make MIS reports understand data also control the process
Experience:
3 years of experience in NBFC / Fintech in the domain of credit/treasury / financial partnership.
