Job Description:

  • Independently manage the onboarding process of financing partners for co-lending and BC model. Finalization of model structure and pricing structure with Partner
  • Candidate to have an understanding of digital onboarding of financing partners till the disbursement process. Should have sound knowledge of BRE, Product construction, and technology integration for any partnership.
  • Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action and sharing monthly reports with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technology and vice versa

Skills:

  • Understanding systems and procedures of the company and being a go-getter and also co-ordinated directly department of Tech, Product & accounts Departments if required
  • Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and RBI regulations.
  • Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.
  • Good leadership qualities who guide the team and have smooth inter-departmental coordination.
  • The position requires complete command over the internal controls of the business as well as good analytical skills to make MIS reports understand data also control the process

Experience:

  • 3 years of experience in NBFC / Fintech in the domain of credit/treasury / financial partnership.
