Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused ServiceNow Pre-Sales Solution Architect to lead solution design, demos, and technical strategy in support of the sales cycle. You will collaborate with sales teams, technical consultants, and clients to design scalable, value-driven ServiceNow solutions that address real-world business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Solution Architect during the pre-sales process, shaping client solution architectures on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Conduct discovery workshops to gather business and technical requirements.
  • Develop and present compelling, tailored ServiceNow demos, proofs of concept, and solution presentations.
  • Create solution blueprints, high-level designs, and scoping documentation.
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and security/compliance questionnaires.
  • Partner with Sales, Delivery, and Product teams to define solution scope, timeline, and resource estimates.
  • Stay up to date with ServiceNow platform capabilities, roadmap, and industry trends.
  • Contribute to building reusable solution assets, demo environments, and proposal content.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years overall, 5+ years as ServiceNow PreSales Solution Architect.
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, CSM, or App Engine).
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
  • One or more CIS certifications preferred (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, ITOM).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in or with sales, delivery, and proposal teams.
  • Ability to provide integrated ServiceNow solution along with other technologies

Preferred Skills:

  • Deep understanding of ITIL/ITSM and enterprise architecture principles.
  • Familiarity with integration patterns (REST, SOAP, SSO, MID Servers).
  • Experience in industries like healthcare, finance, government, or manufacturing is a plus.
  • Prior experience with value-based selling and solution qualification.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong storytelling and persuasion abilities.
  • Confident presenting to executives, architects, and technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborative, consultative approach with a strong customer-first mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹4,000, ₹4,500,000.00 per year
