Job Overview
We are hiring a Business Development Executive to join our team at ABD Group in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in business development.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong customer relationship management (CRM) skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Good negotiation and closing skills
- Highly motivated and target-oriented
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed the sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer requirements are met and provide support during the sales process
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to clients
- Negotiate and close deals with clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns
