About the Role
We are hiring Business Development Executives to join our team in Indore. This is a field sales role, suitable for freshers who want to start a career in sales, client acquisition, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers through field visits and local campaigns.
- Promote and sell company products and services to individuals and businesses.
- Maintain client relationships and handle customer queries.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Record client interactions in the system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Freshers can apply).
- Good communication skills in English and local language.
- Sales-driven mindset with focus on achieving targets.
- Ability to work under pressure and travel locally for client meetings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
