Overview The ResidentMedical Officer (RMO) BHMS/BAMS plays a crucial role in providingprimary medical care to patients within the organization. They areresponsible for conducting medical examinations diagnosingillnesses and overseeing patient care under the supervision ofsenior medical staff.KeyResponsibilities
  • Conducting medicalconsultations and assessments forpatients.
  • Diagnosing and treating commonmedical conditions.
  • Prescribing appropriatemedications and treatments.
  • Monitoring andmanaging patient care plans.
  • Assisting insurgical procedures and emergency medicalinterventions.
  • Performing minor surgicalprocedures as required.
  • Collaborating withother healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patientcare.
  • Keeping accurate and updated medicalrecords.
  • Providing health education andcounseling to patients and theirfamilies.
  • Adhering to medical protocols andbest practices.
  • Participating in ongoingmedical training and professionaldevelopment.
  • Overseeing medical equipment andsupplies inventory.
  • Managing and triagingpatient admissions anddischarges.
  • Participating in multidisciplinarymedical team meetings.
  • Ensuring compliance withhealthcare regulations and ethicalstandards.
RequiredQualifications
  • Bachelors degree inHomeopathic Medicine (BHMS) or Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery(BAMS).
  • Valid and current medical license topractice.
  • Minimum of 13 years of clinicalexperience in a healthcare setting.
  • Strongknowledge of clinical medicine and primary careprinciples.
  • Proficiency in medical diagnosisand treatment planning.
  • Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy andcompassion towards patients and theirfamilies.
  • Ability to work effectively in afastpaced and dynamic healthcareenvironment.
  • Detailoriented with strongorganizational skills.
  • Sound understanding ofmedical ethics and patientconfidentiality.
  • Ability to collaborate andcommunicate effectively with medical teammembers.
  • Familiarity with electronic medicalrecords (EMR) systems.
