Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager who will lead the planning, execution, and completion of projects related to air pollution control systems. This position requires a hands-on approach to ensure project deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, with a profound expertise in CAD software, material management, and project handling.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of project tasks from conception to completion.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.


Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.


Skills and Expertise:

  1. Proficiency in CAD software.
  2. Experience in material management.
  3. Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with precision and attention to detail.


Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the air pollution control industry or a closely related industry.


Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 25% of the time).
  • Proven working experience in project management in the engineering field.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
