Ecommerce will continue to grow globally – consumers’ demands are evolving, fuelled by economic shifts and easy to use technology. There is a recent and massive shift in how CPGs are going to market - engaging with consumers at each digital touchpoint, leveraging data and driving omnichannel execution. General Mills Digital & Technology department is developing a best-in-class Product Content Management capability to accelerate the growth of the ecommerce channel.The PIM Operations team requires agile team members who can support ecommerce by sourcing, validating, publishing, and auditing the product data that our customers use to create the ecommerce digital shelf, and our product’s detail pages. This role will specifically focus on North America Foodservice.Role Responsibilities• Manage or support the processes which collect, groom, publish, validate, audit and assure quality product data for our customers• Engage with internal customer teams and/or ecommerce teams• Communicate with customers as necessary• Estimate project resourcing and timelines. Track and communicate progress.• Monitor and report on KPIsMust - have technical skills and experience• Strong knowledge of General Mills products, product data and/or product data systems• Experience in designing, collecting and reporting on KPIs• Strong attention to detail/data quality• Exposure to Digital Shelf and Publication processes• Experience with PIM workflows, data quality error analysis and workbench error resolution• Experience with Data Syndication partners• Experience working with technical teams in an agile setting• Experience supporting customers, sales or ecommerce• Intermediate to Advanced Excel
