MainResponsibilities :
  • Developand implement digital marketing strategies to promote the hotel sbrand services and special offers across digitalplatforms.
  • Manage and optimize thehotel s online presence including social media channels website andthirdparty listings.
  • Lead thecreation and of online advertising campaigns on platforms likeGoogle Ads Facebook Instagram and other relevantchannels.
  • Monitor analyze and reporton the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using toolslike Google Analytics to measure ROI andKPIs.
  • Coordinate with the design andcontent teams to create engaging and effective marketing materialssuch as graphics videos and blogposts.
  • Collaborate with the hotel ssales and operations teams to align digital marketing efforts withbusiness objectives and salesgoals.
  • Conduct regular SEO auditsand optimize the website to improve search engine rankings and userexperience.
  • Manage email marketingcampaigns to engage with past and potential guests includingnewsletters promotions and loyaltyprograms.
  • Stay uptodate with thelatest trends and best practices in digital marketing and hotelindustry marketing.
  • Handle onlinereputation management including responding to customer reviews andqueries on platforms like TripAdvisor Google and socialmedia.
EssentialQualifications :
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Digital Marketing Communications or a relatedfield.
  • Proven work experience as aDigital Marketing Manager or similar role for 45 years preferablyin the hospitality or hotelindustry.
  • Strong knowledge of onlinemarketing tools strategies and best practices including paidadvertising SEO SEM and social mediamarketing.
SkillsRequired :
  • Proficiencyin marketing tools such as Google Analytics Google Ads SEO tools(e.g. SEMrush Ahrefs) and social mediaplatforms.
  • Strong understanding ofcontent management systems (e.g. WordPress) and email marketingplatforms.
  • Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills with the ability to create compellingcontent for differentplatforms.
  • Strong analytical skillsand the ability to interpret data to make informeddecisions.
  • Creative thinking andproblemsolving abilities to develop innovative marketingstrategies.
  • Good project managementskills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns anddeadlines.
