About the Role Join the leadership team at Digital Advantage Media as a strategic contributor working directly with our CEO and COO. This high-impact role is perfect for an ambitious professional looking to accelerate their career while driving growth across multiple business functions at a leading performance marketing agency. You'll be at the center of our growth strategy, working on initiatives that directly impact our expansion and market positioning.
Key Responsibilities Pipeline Development & Management
Develop deep expertise in target industries including healthcare, e-commerce, SaaS, professional services, and manufacturing, across geographies to identify trends and new opportunities
Manage and optimize multiple lead generation channels including digital marketing, partnerships, and direct outreach
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records in CRM system for all prospects, activities, and communications
Actively pitch Digital Advantage's services through calls, emails, and presentations
Build comprehensive lead qualification frameworks to prioritize high-value opportunities
Conduct weekly pipeline reviews with leadership and provide accurate forecasting on lead volume, quality, and revenue potential
Product Development
Track and analyze key revenue metrics including CAC, LTV, and sales cycle length
Collaborate with leadership to develop new service offerings based on market research and client feedback
Assist in positioning and pricing strategies for new products and services
Create go-to-market strategies for product launches
Conduct competitive analysis to identify differentiation opportunities
Branding & PR
Support brand-building initiatives, including thought leadership content and industry positioning
Manage public relations activities, including media outreach and industry awards
Coordinate speaking opportunities and industry conference participation
Plan and execute industry events, client appreciation events, networking opportunities, client meetings, workshops, and training sessions
Identify and attend relevant networking events, conferences, trade shows, etc

Requirements 1-2 years of progressive work experience with preference for consulting, startups, marketing agencies, or business development roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in client-facing roles
Proven project management abilities with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Proficiency in CRM systems, analytics tools, and productivity software is a bonus
Experience with lead generation tools and sales enablement platforms preferred
