About the Role

This is not your typical internship.

We're looking for someone to work directly with the founders and core leadership on fast-paced growth projects that span across functions—content, strategy, operations, brand, and community.

As part of the Founder's Office – Growth, you'll bring a mix of creativity, strategic thinking, and a strong execution mindset. You'll take ideas from zero to one—owning projects end to end with a bias for speed and results.

What You'll Be Working On

  • Collaborating with founders and leaders on high-impact projects
  • Designing and executing growth and content campaigns from scratch
  • Managing and growing Airtribe's presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. 
  • Running experiments, tracking performance, and translating insights into actions
  • Working cross-functionally with the growth, content, and operations teams

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
  • A creative and curious mindset with the ability to think and execute independently
  • Someone who is well-versed with AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Midjourney, Lovable, etc.  
  • Good understanding of digital audiences and platform behavior
  • Comfort with ambiguity and solving open-ended, fast-moving problems
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Suite, Notion, LinkedIn, and Instagram
  • Bonus: Prior experience building a side project, community, or brand
