The Zendesk Consultant will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Zendesk platform, configuring workflows, and implementation, providing end-user training, and supporting clients with troubleshooting and technical assistance. Daily tasks will include analyzing client needs, developing solutions to improve customer support processes, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.Qualifications- Experience in managing and configuring Zendesk platform- Skills in troubleshooting, providing technical support, and end-user training- Familiarity with workflow configuration and customization- Understanding of customer support processes and best practices- Experience in working with cross-functional teams to develop integrated solutions- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field is a plus- Experience in the CRM industry, specifically with Salesforce, is a plus
