Associate Director Delivery

Job DescriptionREQUIREMENTS: Total experience 13+ years Strong and progressive experience in project Delivery management, including a minimum of 6–7 years in a senior leadership capacity. Proven experience in the Retail CPG and e-Commerce sectors . Must be from IT development background. Strong track record of managing teams of approximately 60–70 members. Capable of overseeing portfolios valued between $10–15 million. Extensive expertise in project delivery, team development, and operational management, with hands-on experience in establishing and managing new office locations. Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, managing multiple stakeholders, and driving organizational objectives effectively. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery. Collaborate with global teams to align projects with business goals and client expectations. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies. Conduct regular status meetings, maintain project documentation, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Partner with HR and leadership to recruit, onboard, and retain top talent. Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team aligned with company values and objectives. Foster a collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented work environment that promotes teamwork and excellence. Serve as the primary contact for operational or setup-related issues within the office. Collaborate with HR, IT, and facilities teams to resolve challenges efficiently and maintain smooth operations. Act as a liaison between global and local teams to ensure alignment on project goals, priorities, and timelines. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on office setup, team performance, and overall project progress. Demonstrate a proactive, solution-driven mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-changing business environment. Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the organization. Optimize processes and workflows to enhance productivity and operational excellence. QualificationsBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
