Job Title: Associate Director - DeliveryJob Summary:The Associate Director - Delivery is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery process for projects and services within the organization. This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The Associate Director will work closely with senior leadership to develop delivery strategies, manage teams, and drive successful outcomes across various delivery functions. This position requires strong leadership skills, exceptional project management abilities, and a keen focus on client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Delivery Strategy & Leadership:Develop and implement delivery strategies that align with organizational goals and client expectations.Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope, ensuring high-quality results.Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and define key delivery metrics, ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery.Project Management & Execution:Oversee the full delivery lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects.Ensure that projects are executed within the agreed timeline, budget, and quality standards.Mitigate risks and resolve issues that arise during project execution, ensuring smooth delivery.Manage resource allocation and capacity planning for successful project completion.Team Management & Development:Lead, mentor, and manage a team of delivery managers, project managers, and other delivery staff.Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance within the delivery team.Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and ensure that team members have the tools and training they need to succeed.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.Act as the main point of contact for key clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues.Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, including delivering projects that align with client expectations and requirements.Process Improvement:Identify opportunities to enhance delivery processes, driving continuous improvement in efficiency and quality.Standardize delivery practices, documentation, and communication methods across projects.Ensure that the delivery team adheres to best practices, methodologies, and tools that optimize delivery outcomes.Reporting & Analysis:Provide regular status reports and updates to senior management on project delivery progress, challenges, and successes.Analyze project performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.Develop and present recommendations for improving delivery processes based on analysis and feedback.Budget & Financial Management:Oversee project budgets, ensuring that delivery remains cost-effective while meeting client needs.Ensure that projects are delivered within financial constraints and that any budget deviations are identified and addressed promptly.Collaboration with Other Departments:Collaborate closely with other departments (Sales, Marketing, Product, etc.) to ensure alignment between client requirements, delivery timelines, and company objectives.Ensure seamless integration of delivery activities with broader organizational goals and strategic initiatives.Qualifications & Skills:Education:Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree or relevant certifications (PMP, Agile, etc.) is a plus.Experience:12+ years of experience in delivery management, operations in US healthcare (Medical coding - CDI ) with at least 3 years in a leadership role and 10 years in a managerial role.Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects, managing client relationships, and leading cross-functional teams.Skills:Strong leadership, team management, and mentorship capabilities.Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.).High-level problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage and interpret project data.Ability to manage budgets and financial forecasting.Personal Attributes:Client-focused with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service.Proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven.Adaptable and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong business acumen and the ability to align delivery strategies with organizational objectives.
