Head, Product Management

The Product Management team drives Trudoc's product strategy and execution, translating customer needs and opportunities into a compelling roadmap and working cross-functions to deliver impactful solutions for team productivity and collaboration.

We're helping to define digital healthcare and inventing new ways for technology to impact 2.4 million and growing user base. Our team works directly with Engineering, Design, Research, and Data , as well as with Sales, Support, and Marketing to create great products. You'll take part in every type of product work here - from strategy to product to process improvements conceptualizing, launching, and iterating.

This role is perfect for product leaders who thrive in the nexus of product and business, have an end-to-end ownership mindset, and drive for results. We are looking for someone who has a heart for the customer, a penchant for data, and sharp business acumen. Someone who can learn fast, understand which details matter, innovate and iterate, and guide their team to craft high-quality experiences. Above all, you must be an excellent people leader and have rich experiences in managing and developing talent.

What You'll Achieve :

- Build, mentor, and lead a world-class team of Product Managers and cross functional teammates across our UAE, KSA and India offices

- Establish the product vision, strategy, metrics, and goals for your product areas

- Define and deliver compelling product roadmaps based on customer needs and strategic opportunities

- Build alignment across product teams and cross-functional leaders through clear communication and strategic influence

- Partner with functions across the company (Engineering and Design, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Customer Support) to execute on a winning plan

- Connect the dots across experiences and teams to create a cohesive experience that is rooted in solving customer problems

- Implement best in class product development and management practices

- Communicate product plans, progress, and results to internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership and investors.

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers and designers to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget

- Product Strategy: Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the company's goals and market trends.

- Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers and designers to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

-Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats and inform product decisions.

- User-Centric Design: Advocate for the customer, ensuring that products are designed with user needs and experiences in mind.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, operations and customer support teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.

- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.

- Stakeholder Management: Communicate product plans, progress, and results to internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership and investors.

- Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.




About You :

- 5+ years experience building, mentoring, and leading a world-class team of Product Managers and Product Leads at various levels to deliver business results


- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional team

- Penchant for data, business savvy, experience with experimentation and a learning mindset

- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with agile development methodologies, experience with AI and machine learning technologies is a plus.

- Track Record: Demonstrated success in launching and scaling products in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
