Position Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities :

- Product Strategy : Develop and implement product strategies aligned with company goals and market demands.

- Market Research : Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch.

- Product Development : Manage the product development process from ideation to launch, including defining product requirements, creating roadmaps, and prioritizing features.

- User Feedback : Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product enhancements and ensure a user-centric approach.

- Performance Metrics : Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and drive continuous improvement.

- Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, communicating updates and progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in healthcare or technology.

- Strong understanding of the emergency medical services landscape and related technologies.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
