We are looking for " VNA Trainer " for one of our esteemed clients in Mangalore having experience with voice and accent training , communication training , soft skills training , corporate training .

Exp: Years in Contact Center

Location: Mangalore (WFO)

CTC - Upto 8 LPA

Shifts - Rotational Shift

Key Responsibilities:


• Deliver Voice, Accent Neutralization, and Communication Skills training to new hires and existing staff.


• Conduct needs analysis, pre-assessments, and design customized training interventions accordingly.


• Facilitate New Hire Training (NHT) batches on communication, language, culture, and customer handling skills.


• Coach agents on pronunciation, grammar, clarity, fluency, and overall customer interaction etiquette.


• Develop and update training content, modules, and materials based on business needs.
