Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.

- Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including custom applications, workflows, forms, and reports.

- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB.

- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications using APIs, web services, and middleware.

- Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure quality and reliability of developed solutions.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing ServiceNow applications and configurations.

- Stay current with ServiceNow updates, new features, and best practices to continually optimize platform usage.

- Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

- Document technical designs, configurations, and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and training.

- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed, providing technical expertise and guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development, including hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform configuration, scripting, and customization.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.

- Experience with ServiceNow APIs, web services, and integration techniques.

- Solid understanding of IT service management processes and best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification preferred.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
