Job Description :

Function : Software Engineering - Other Software Development

ServiceNow :

We are looking for individuals who have strong technical skills, and great communication skills and can work with multiple clients based in the USA, know how to develop, and deliver, are deeply technical, highly innovative, and long for the opportunity to build pioneering solutions to challenging problems in the ServiceNow ecosystem.

You will deliver professional software engineering and ServiceNow best practices for the full end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow solutions to clients.

Candidates must have the ability to take a project from scoping requirements through actual launch and support of ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Participate in design discussions.

- Offer technical and functional suggestions for enhancing the application.

- Discuss with the client every day, understand and document the requirements.

- Develop solutions accordingly.

- Participate in SCRUM meetings every day.

- Implement SCRUM practices in the team.

- Work with the QA team.

- Ensure there are no gaps between the QA team and the Dev team.

Mandatory Skills :

- 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow Implementation Projects.

- Passionate about technologies and ServiceNow in particular.

- Involve as lead developer in multiple ServiceNow projects.

- Coordinate with clients and team members and ensure there are no gaps in understanding the requirements.

- Understand the functional and technical requirements of the application.

- Excellent communication and analytical skills

Desired skills : Strong experience in the ServiceNow platform - any one of - ITSM, CSM, ITOM, FSM, PPM, HRSD

Education and Certification :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline.

- Certifications in ServiceNow - CSA and CAD will be a plus.
