Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Mumbai office:

Assistant Vice President / Vice President – Marsh Multinational Practice

We will count on you to:Responsible to manage set of large clients in multinational segmentBuild strong relationship with key decision makers at CXO level.Handles complex transactions; be a solution provider and stonewall the clients from competition.Retains and expands existing client relationshipsPlay active role in placement of policy and assisting clients in case of a claimTarget and win new large accounts; create value proposition, brings resources within Marsh ecosystem to crack the account, create and give client presentation.Develop strong relationship with insurers

What you need to have:Ability to manage & build relationships with internal and external customers, insurance partners and servicing vendors.Domain Knowledge preferred.MBA degreeTechnical knowledge - MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook8-10 years’ experience in managing property & casualty lines for corporate clients directly for a non-life insurer or managing corporate clients directly from non-life direct broker. Prima facie, prior experience should relevant only when candidate has managed client (insured) facing role.
