Vice President/ Assistant Vice President – Construction Practice


We will count on you to:Business developments and client engagementProvide advice to clients on insurance policies and risk management for infrastructure projects.

Analyze insurance policies and make recommendations to clients based on their needs.
Develop relationships with clients and insurance providers.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Assist clients in claims and provide support throughout the claims process.
Work closely with other members of the team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

What you need to have:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field from an IIT, NIT or other leading institution.7+ years of relevant experience in the insurance industry, preferably for construction business.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and insurance providers.
Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail and presentation skillsExperience in project or contractor management with Infra companies will be an added advantageAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
