Position Summary & Description Join our team at Wittypen as a Content Marketing Associate . Ideal for creative self-starters seeking an exciting opportunity to contribute to diverse content verticals, leverage cutting-edge AI tools, and drive content strategies that deliver measurable impact for our clients, this role at Wittypen aims at a holistic approach to content marketing.  This is an on-site opportunity, and you will working out of office situated in Baner, Pune, Maharashtra. Requirements Key Responsibilities Act as the day-to-day bridge between clients and writers. Capture client requirements and set clear expectations and SLAs. Curate, onboard, and brief the right freelance writers for each project. Review content for quality, brand voice, and alignment to client goals. Validate on-page SEO and apply basic AEO/GEO checks. Make light edits for clarity, structure, and formatting (no drafting). Track timelines, owners, and deliverables in PM tools (e.g., Basecamp). Coordinate CMS uploads and publishing in WordPress/Strapi. Run keyword, competitor, and trend checks to inform briefs. Use AI tools for QA, guideline compliance, and performance insights. Share concise status updates and reports with stakeholders. Manage writer queries, follow-ups, deadlines, and payout clarifications. Identify upsell and consulting opportunities during delivery. Support high-value internal projects across QA, optimization, and publishing. Document guidelines and improve workflows continuously. Qualifications & Skills 1–3 years of experience in content marketing or related roles Demonstrable experience with major content verticals (blogs, LinkedIn posts, PR, copywriting) Functional understanding of SEO; familiarity with AEO & GEO concepts a plus Proficiency with content management systems (preferably WordPress, Strapi, etc. ) Exposure to AI-powered content and marketing tools, (like Copy.ai, Jasper, Grammarly, or others) Additional exposure to various AI tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Manus, including LLM workflow tools such as n8n, etc. Exceptional editing and quality assurance skills Competence in competitor/keyword research using platforms like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Zerply, or similar Knowledge of basic project management tools and processes Excellent team collaboration and communication skills Ability to adapt, think creatively, and solve problems quickly Curiosity to stay up to date with content marketing and technology trends Requirements Key Responsibilities Act as the day-to-day bridge between clients and writers.
